Tyler Mistr, DDS
A native of Winchester and a graduate of John Handley High School, Dr. Tyler Mistr returned to the area in 2002 to open Winchester Dentistry in collaboration and consultation with Dr. Bollinger because they believed that Winchester would benefit from a high-quality, fee-for-service dental practice that enjoyed the flexibility to provide top-level care for its patients.
Dr. Mistr is a graduate of VCU Medical College of Virginia School of Dentistry (formally known as MCV) and earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Richmond. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the Virginia Dental Association and the Shenandoah Valley Dental Association.
Dr. Mistr is committed to practicing at the highest level. To that end, he seeks continuing education opportunities with some of the best clinicians in the country and is continuously consulting and collaborating with experts in his field to achieve optimal outcomes for his patients. Tyler is exceedingly honored to serve as a local dentist for a number of retired dentists in the area, whose clinical expertise he values as well.
Dr. Mistr has had the privilege of developing lasting relationships with so many patients and their families. It is these relationships that provide meaning for all of the work they do.
When not at the office, Dr. Mistr spends time with his wife, Christy, and his daughter, Berkley. Together, they travel as a family, and love to hike and bike in our country’s National Parks.
